If being gay is a choice, show us the proof. Choose it. Choose to be gay yourself. Show America how that’s done, Herman, show us how a man can choose to be gay. Suck my dick, Herman. Name the time and the place and I’ll bring my dick and a camera crew and you can suck me off and win the argument.
So, when I tell people that I am working on my Bachelor’s Degree in Astronomy they assume that means that I am sitting around looking at pretty pictures all day. Neat, right? I mean, astronomers do look at beautiful things in the universe, because identifying and classifying celestial objects is part of the job. But there is so much more to it than that. Guess how many astronomy courses I will be taking over the next two semesters. None. I have to finish Calculus Based Physics, Modern Physics, Calculus III, and Differential Equations before I can even take any upper level astronomy courses. And when I do get into upper level Astronomy courses, I still will be taking other physics courses like Classical Mechanics, Optics, and Theoretical Physics. Astronomy is a branch of Physics. Astronomers have to know the same things that physicists know. I know I have seen some of my younger tumblr friends talk about getting into Astronomy, and I totally think you should! And if anyone tries to give you any crap about it, you let them know how hard you will be working and how smart you have to be to work in the awesomest branch of all the sciences!
